SEMO tuition is the same for in-state and out-of-state students.

There are 1,500 endowed scholarship opportunities at SEMO. Federal aid and funding can also be applied to your online classes.


You may be eligible for free credit with our Prior Learning Assessment. PLA takes into account your previous experience and turns it into college credit.


Our textbook rental program keeps the costs of class materials low. You can participate in the program without coming to campus, with shipping options and drop-off points available.

With 14 different entry points, you can start your degree when you're ready!

Life doesn't follow the traditional academic calendar. That's why Southeast offers year round classes, so you can work towards a degree on your schedule. 


There are multiple course lengths available throughout the year, with the most options available in our summer session.
